The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District welcomes you to Lavon Lake, located in Wylie, Texas. Our mission: supply water to the member cities of the North Texas Municipal Water District; to provide flood control to the Collin, Dallas and Rockwall County areas, and to offer some of the best fishing, camping and boating in Texas.

Facility Closure Report:

As of 1 November 09 all reservations for Lavonia Park will be cancelled and no reservations will be accepted thru 30 April 2010 due to construction. Lavonia Park will be "First Come - First Serve" basis and may be closed from 1 November 2009 until 30 April 2010. We apologize for the inconvenience.
